This is one of the creepiest, strangest, most disturbing mods I've ever seen. Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Stupidity Mod Some of the comments on the YouTube page sum up this disturbing bit of kung-fu carnage, with a few people saying that they'll be having nightmares for years after witnessing a few of those skinless Fatalities. It's a bit of an homage to the gory pugilist. It's referred to as a “Meat” mod, because in some of the earlier Mortal Kombat titles there was a bloody, skinless fighter on the roster named Meat.
If that sounds kind of goofy, just check out the compilation video showing how some of the finishers look when the person performing them isn't wearing any skin. The Fatalities in Mortal Kombat are already some terrifying things to behold, but what would make them even more frightening? If they were performed by skinless kombatants.

Toss in the fact that its head twists in completely unnatural ways and it looks like something out of a 1980s horror movie and you have a perfectly disturbing mod that would make just about any normal person uncomfortable. Not only is the mod creepy in the sense that the baby still has a goat's voice, but it's one of the most ugly looking babies that could have been picked to replace the goat. But what makes it even more creepy and disturbing is when certain mods ramp up the creep factor by several fold and that's exactly what happened with the BabyGoat mod from Steam user Dafini.

Goat Simulator from Coffee Stain Studios is already a creepy game. Yes, this is a cringe-inducing mod on so many different levels that it's best to just look away and try to unsee this deplorable walrus. In addition to being creepy the mod has an extra layer of distaste tossed in with the vile and vulgar language that the walrus spouts out from time to time. It's like something out of a really bad, exploitation B-movie from the early 1980s. There are a lot of people who aren't terribly thrilled with this mod and I can definitely see why. You can imagine how the comment section looks. As noted in the YouTube description video “this mod turns the walrus into a badass rapist”. Seriously, this is one of the most creepy, terrible, ridiculous Skyrim mods I've ever seen. "This mod gives all cars, except a selected few mentioned in the readme file, negative base friction on their wheels, making them accelerate, rather than decelerate, at all times when the wheels are in contact with a surface, whether it be the ground, a wall or the ceiling," the mod's creator explained.Ĭarmageddon is supposed to be funny - and it is, if you try to drive with its wacky physics. Instead, it causes all cars in the world to flip out of control.

The Carmageddon mod for GTA IV actually has nothing to do with the vehicle combat series of the same name. Thankfully, other Sims don't react poorly to these creations' unusual features so they can live out normal lives in spite of their severe handicaps. This means you can give your Sim lips that are wider than their head, a football-shaped cranium and more. The Ugly Sliders mod seeks to correct that "problem." This particular mod expands the limits on the sliders that determine Sims' physical attributes. However, the game doesn't let you make horribly deformed Sims. The Sims 4 gives players a lot of options for customizing their characters. This mod, though, is a welcome glance back at the series' glory days.
Due to Silent Hills' cancellation, it could be awhile before we get another good Silent Hill game. The developers nailed the creepy atmosphere at the heart of the best Silent Hill games. While the lack of monsters is disappointing, the mod still manages to be unnerving through great sound designs and visuals. This Half-Life 2 mod tells a brand-new story inspired by the early Silent Hill games. Unlike many of the other mods on this list, Silent Hill: Alchemilla is creepy on purpose. I'm happy they've got a solution to this very unusual hang-up but you'll have to forgive me for being a bit creeped out by all the children killing spree videos it has spawned. I didn't realize there were people who couldn't get immersed in a game world inhabited by children they couldn't murder. "I want immersion and I don't think a subject being taboo is a good enough reason to have invincible npc's running all over town."
"I'm not even interested in killing the kids, I just don't like the idea that they are invulnerable," the modder said. So, he created a mod that lets you do it. However, one player found a different problem with the game: it doesn't let you kill children. There are a lot of reasons you could be disappointed in Skyrim, such as the atrocious interface or the repetitive combat.
